Create or join a Sisterhood when you register, then invite your friends, family, coworkers and community to join you. The Sisterhood with the most registered members by the challenge deadline earns special race-day perks.
There is no required team size to participate. Start with your people and keep growing. Every person who registers under your Sisterhood name before the deadline counts toward your group total.
Registrations must be connected to your Sisterhood by December 31, 2026 to count toward the challenge.

The Soul Sisters did more than build a team — they built a reason to travel. Sisters came from across the country to show up together for 5K with ME, turning race weekend into a true shared experience.

Share your Sisterhood name with your crew and encourage them to select it when they register.

Keep inviting through December 31. The largest registered Sisterhood earns special race-day perks.

- Begin your 5K with ME registration on RunSignup.
- When asked “Would you like to join or create a Group/Team?”, select Yes.
- Choose an existing Sisterhood or create a new one.
- Finish your registration and share your Sisterhood name with your crew.
Already Registered
- Sign in to the RunSignup account connected to your registration.
- Open your 5K with ME registration from your profile.
- Use the Group/Team management option to join your Sisterhood.
- Confirm the change before the December 31 challenge deadline.
Bring your people.
Your Sisterhood does not have to be an established running team. If they're part of your community, they can be part of your crew.
The bigger the Sisterhood, the bigger the celebration.
The top two Sisterhoods will receive special recognition on race day.
