Wellness Partners • 5K with ME 2027

Help us support the whole person.

We’re looking for organizations and businesses that help people live healthier, more informed and more fulfilling lives physically, emotionally, spiritually, financially, socially and beyond.

What is a Wellness Partner?

More than a booth. More than a vendor.

A 5K with ME Wellness Partner is an organization, business, nonprofit, professional or community resource whose work supports the well-being of the whole person and helps improve understanding, access, quality of life or connection to useful resources.

We are looking for partners who add value.

Your presence should give participants something meaningful to experience, learn, access, explore or take away that can positively support their lives.

This is not a traditional vendor marketplace.

Products may be part of the experience when appropriate, but selling a product alone does not automatically qualify an organization as a Wellness Partner.

Whole-person wellness

Wellness can take many forms.

We intentionally think beyond fitness alone. Wellness includes the areas of life that help people feel supported, informed, stable, connected and able to thrive.

What we look for

How we select Wellness Partners.

We review each interest form with the full race-day experience in mind. The strongest partners align with our mission and bring something useful, credible and engaging to the community.

Mission Alignment

Your work supports women, families, wellness, education, access, empowerment or stronger communities in a meaningful way.

Participant Value

You provide a service, resource, education, product, demonstration or experience that can improve understanding, well-being or quality of life.

Engagement

Participants can interact with your offering on race day rather than only receiving a sales pitch or passive promotion.

Credibility

Information should be responsible and appropriate to the service being offered. Credentials or licenses are expected when professionally required.

Community Fit

Your team can create a welcoming and respectful experience for a diverse, faith-centered community of women and families.

Overall Event Fit

Space, duplication, participant needs and the overall balance of the Wellness Partner experience are considered in final selections.

Race-Day Service Partners

Bringing a service that directly enhances race day?

Some partners contribute through hands-on services that become part of the participant experience itself. Approved Race-Day Service Partners may have the standard Wellness Partner contribution waived.

  • Examples may include assisted stretching, recovery services, screenings, consultations, demonstrations or another approved participant-facing service.
  • Service Partner status is reviewed and approved by Muslimahs Endure.
  • Approved Service Partners will receive their registration instructions after selection.
Partner Contributions

Contribution levels are based on partner type.

There is no payment at the interest-form stage. Selected partners receive their approved category, applicable contribution and registration instructions after review.

$150Standard Wellness Partner

For businesses and organizations participating as a standard Wellness Partner.

$50Qualifying Nonprofit

Reduced contribution for approved nonprofit organizations.

VariesReturning + Service Partners

Second-year returning partners may qualify for a grandfathered rate. Approved Race-Day Service Partners may have the standard contribution waived.

Returning partner policy: second-year partners may participate at their grandfathered prior-year rate. Beginning with the third year, partners move to the current applicable rate.

Application Process

Interest first. Registration after selection.

We start with an interest form so we can understand your organization, what you offer and how you hope to contribute to the race-day experience.

1

Submit Interest

Tell us about your organization, your wellness focus and what you would like to bring to race day.

2

We Review Fit

We review mission alignment, participant value, credentials where applicable, space, duplication and overall event fit.

3

Receive a Decision

Selected partners receive an acceptance email with their approved partner category and contribution amount.

4

Complete Registration

Accepted partners complete the Wellness Partner registration form and receive final race-day instructions.

Important to Know

Submitting interest does not guarantee placement.

Final selections are based on the full race-day experience.

  • Mission and wellness alignment
  • Value to participants and families
  • Quality and relevance of the proposed offering
  • Professional credentials when applicable
  • Available space and logistical needs
  • Duplication with already-selected partners
  • Overall fit with 5K with ME

Selected, not simply booked.

Our goal is to create a thoughtful whole-person wellness experience rather than simply fill a field with booths. We may limit the number of partners in a particular category to protect variety and participant value.

Interested in joining us?

Start with the Wellness Partner interest form.

Tell us what your organization does, who you serve and what you would bring to race day. We’ll review your submission and follow up with next steps if there’s a fit.
